The DDA will reveal your strengths and weaknesses in 5 Dimensions and 35 Outcomes of biblical discipleship. Pastors and organizational leaders that invite their communities to participate will receive detailed, practical information on the community as a whole. Strengths help shape participation in service and leadership. Weaknesses help define what resources are needed for growth. The individual reports and the Pastoral Dashboard will reflect a range of maturity, from just getting started (and perhaps struggling) to very mature and helping others.

It is possible to be quite strong in some areas while facing huge challenges in others. There is no condemnation in Christ (Romans 8:1-4). The Lord that started this good work in each believer and community is working to fulfill his plan in each person, church and community (Philippians 1:6; 2:12-13). At first, such detailed information can seem overwhelming. Take heart! The Lord is working to perfect the very character and nature of Christ in you (Romans 8:28-29). Even while working on areas of character, we are still useful to God in reaching the world with the Good News (Mark 16:15).
